A note about Derrick
Derrick Crampton has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 1995 and has managed outpatient PT programs with a focus on sports, spine and chronic pain. He has advanced certifications in strength and conditioning, ergonomic assessment, Level 2 dry needling and mechanical diagnosis and treatment.
Career highlights include developing a multi-disciplinary spine and chronic pain program, on-the-field care of 5 high school athletic programs, bringing on-site physical therapy to the largest Senior Wellness Center in Oklahoma City and developing a training and rehabilitation program for high school cross country and adult running programs.
Through his 30-year marriage and raising two sons, Derrick knows the value of family, commitment and hard work. For him, being a physical therapist is more than a career — it is a place to serve others. In his free time, Derrick is an avid runner who enjoys long runs with his Australian Shepherd and spending time at the beach.

Philosophy
Modern physical therapy can feel like a treadmill — short visits, generic protocols, and a clock that always runs out before the conversation. Mobile PT is a quieter alternative.
Most issues benefit from a careful look at the whole person: how you move, where you load, what you do at noon and at midnight. With the right evaluation, the path to feeling better is usually shorter than people think.
